Feel free to try a new working method Where you live and spend your life like a human, I was interested when I saw a wuchile reflector interactive fitness
mirror.
Concept: These mounting mirrors allow you to browse through a variety of exercises, choose what you want to do and walk with your reflection trainer & how long to Run with focus with your physical trainer .
What is the reflection of the buchile?
Avelon offers two manning fitness mirrors: 40 referrer and 50 referrer. This is exactly what I tried: a 50-inch mirror with a 32-inch HD touchscreen display. After mounting the mirror on the TV stand or wall, connect it to WiFi and sync Bluetooth with your fitness tracker (if you want to see your heart rate and calories burn on the screen) or headphones.
The mirror itself will be priced at $ 1,599.99, plus $ 39.99 per month for purchases to access Mirror’s live and on-demand fitness classes. This is a great price tag, but keep in mind that you can stream the price of goods, classes and materials with many in-house fitness machines with direct class options, including pilot bikes and treadmills. There is an additional fee for this.
The mirror itself is a touch screen, so it looks like a mirror when not in use. But when you turn it on, you can scroll through multiple exercises while looking at yourself in the mirror.
Buchile Reflex Class includes 10 exercise classes, including cardio, yoga, strength, and meditation. .
You can filter your exercise options by instructor or duration with sessions of 5 to 80 minutes. On-demand and live classes are also available.

This is what happened when I tried
Setup is not for beginners. I spent two hours attaching the stand and attaching it to the mirror. It had a lot of screws and other small pieces in it.
The first thing I tried was a short strength exercise called “Deadlift, Sit”. It was not mentioned in the class description, but I thought the 15-minute class needed enough weight for the deadlifts, so I grabbed my 12-pound dumbbells.

The class needed three dumbbells (light, medium and heavy), but I did what I could do myself. The class stood firm in its title. 15 minutes dead left, I circled around after setting. I did not break out in a sweat, but I felt better after exercise.
The next exercise I tried was a 10 minute class on “Meditation from Introduction” which includes pictures and sequences. The first few minutes the instructor explained what meditation is and then led the audience through some ground stretches before we sat down to close our eyes, relax the body and focus on breathing. I was very relieved.
I planned to join a live yoga class in Vinyasa. I set up a reminder to join class at 9:15 in the morning, made my yoga mat, and tapped when the time came. The class seemed to load for a minute or two, and the buffering continued. I left about 10 minutes later. My internet connection was solid and I never had a loading problem in another class.
I tried again another day, this time going to a 20 minute “Cardio and Strong Dumbbells” class. After a few minutes of load shedding, the instructor pops up and the class playlist starts well. Problem only: I could not hear the instructor. After a minute or two (she saw her talking to the production staff) her mic started working and the class started. Before repeating two more cycles before the water broke, we did five aerobics and strength movements, including camel knee runs and dumbbell presses. Initially, despite the technical difficulties, this class turned out to be my endeavor. I definitely broke a sweat and I felt like 20 minutes was good.
Three things I really like about the Achilles reflective mirror
Although Achilles Mirror has mixed me up, here are some features I like:
It offers all kinds of exercise options. The Achilles reflex offers a variety of classes, many of which do not require equipment. Although I choose the more difficult classes and have some equipment at home, I and a BB badger (as my mother said) have this eye
